This is a lovely well equipped purpose built seaside apartment on one floor. There are two bedrooms: one double and one twin. The lounge/kitchen/dining room is open plan and light and airy; with settee, washing machine, fridge, microwave and cooker and there is also a table and chairs. . Family bathroom and WC. The décor is light and bright. Everything is nearby and convenient. Outside there is a small enclosed private garden and large open gardens to the rear. There is a BBQ, and garden furniture, table and chairs for those al-fresco meals. . Private parking. Change over Saturdays.

Area
This is a holiday village apartment very close to the beach (within walking distance). Locmariaque is a lovely village with full facilities and Auray is nearby if you want a bigger selection of shops and a regular weekly street market. Golf courses are also a very short distance, and although the sea is only a few minutes walk away, you have an abundance of beaches to choose from a little further afield. Also nearby, there are tennis courts to rent, fishing, canoeing and water sports, horse riding, all sorts of sporting activities, children's' summer club activities, bars, restaurants, supermarkets and more traditional shops like the boulangerie and patisserie close by. This is a brilliant base whether you want a beach holiday or to explore the wonderful surrounding countryside.

Additional Information.Prices include electricity and water. Bed and kitchen linen is provided but bring your own towels. Telephone and email bookings are held for two weeks, after which a completed booking form and a non-refundable deposit of 25% are required. The balance is due 8 weeks before arrival along with a refundable damage deposit of £100.
