Description Paul Ihuel is a 2-bedroom house which comfortably sleeps 4.Situated in the small Breton village of Le Croisty in a south facing square there is a place to sit by the well. There is a good size enclosed private garden a few feet across the square which has a BBQ, table and chairs together with sun loungers for those perfect sunny lazy days. The lounge is comfortably furnished, light and spacious with a wood burner and C.D player. The kitchen! dining room is fully equipped with cooker, fridge , washing machine and microwave, there are table and chairs with a dresser in the dining area. There is a down stairs W.C also a large storage cupboard. The ground floor is tiled throughout. The first floor with its two bedrooms and separate shower rooms. The double bedroom has a yellow en-suite shower room with W.C and the second bedroom has twin beds and is adjacent to the blue shower room with W.C. Both bedrooms have parquet flooring with rugs.

Area Le Croisty is situated half an hours drive from Pontivy while the South Coast with its sandy beaches and rocky coves are only 45 minute drive away. In Priziac the next village, there is a lovely lake with a small sandy bay ideal for swimming and boating. There are many lakes, rivers, forests and canals in this part of Brittany offering spectacular opportunities for walking and cycling.

Additional Information. Easter, Christmas and New year are at Mid Season Rates. Day rates are available during the Low Season, minimum 3 nights. Electricity and logs are included. A small supplement for extra logs in the winter. 25% deposit to confirm booking. No animals also it is a non smoking gite.
