Description This is a beautiful modern and well equipped family home with full facilities, only five minutes drive to the beach and 7 minutes drive from the medieval city of Vannes. There are four double bedrooms (one with ensuite shower room and toilet) all have storage space and double beds, although one is a double cabin bed which is more suitable for children or agile adults! There is a downstairs cloakroom with toilet. The family bathroom is upstairs off the hallway, which is light and spacious, with a bath and toilet. Downstairs the décor is beautiful, contemporary, light and modern, the lounge has TV and video and music centre (even a piano for those musical enough to want to play), the dining table overlooks the well equipped (sun furniture) back garden, with BBQ and table and chairs for those al-fresco meals. The kitchen is modern and fitted with an electric oven, and hob, microwave, dishwasher and has a further table for everyday eating. The washing machine and dryer are in the garage, which is accessible from the hallway. Four adult bikes available for free use. Changeover Saturday.

Area This lovely house is in a small modern development right in the heart of the area known as the Gulf du Morbihan and close to Vannes, a seven minute drive, the nearest shops are in the village which is only about 800 metres walk. Golf courses are also a very short distance, and although the sea is only five minutes away, you have an abundance of beaches to choose from within 10-15 minutes drive. Also nearby, there are tennis courts to rent, bars, restaurants, supermarkets and more traditional shops like the boulangerie and patisserie - two minute walk from the house. Fantastic base to really explore this wonderful part of southern Brittany.

Additional Information. Prices include electricity and water; linen is provided but bring your own towels. Telephone and email bookings are held for two weeks, after which a completed booking form and a non-refundable deposit of 25% are required. The balance is due 8 weeks before arrival along with a refundable damage deposit of £100.
