Description This is a beautiful modern and well equipped family home with full facilities, only five minutes drive from the medieval city of Vannes. There are four bedrooms, one on the ground floor which would be ideal for those unable to use the stairs. The ground floor bedroom has a double bed, wardrobe and ensuite shower/toilet. Upstairs there are three further bedrooms available one with a double bed settee, and off that a single cabin bedroom; opposite is a further single bedroom with cabin bed and a small flop-out bed, ideal for a younger child. The family bathroom is also off this hallway, which is light and spacious, with a bath and toilet. Therefore it can sleep 7-8 people, ideally up to four adults (if you don't mind a bed settee - it does look comfy though) and 3-4 children. Downstairs the décor is beautiful, light and modern with a fab leather suite, TV and video, the dining table overlooks the back garden which is fully enclosed with BBQ and table and chairs for those al-fresco meals. The kitchen is modern and fitted with an electric oven, and hob, microwave, dishwasher and is large enough to house a further table for everyday eating. At the back of the garage which is accessed through the kitchen is the washing machine and dryer and a further freezer. Changeover Saturday

Area This seven year old house is in a small modern area of Meucon, very close to the centre of Vannes, a five minute drive. Golf courses are also a very short distance, and although the sea is only five minutes away, you have an array of beaches to choose from within 20 minutes drive.. One of the best beaches in Brittany, at Carnac (with its ancient megaliths), is also very close. Also nearby, there are tennis courts to rent, bars, restaurants, supermarkets, and more traditional shops like the boulangerie and patisserie.

Additional Information. Prices include electricity and water; linen is provided but bring your own towels. Telephone and email bookings are held for two weeks, after which a completed booking form and a non-refundable deposit of 25% are required. The balance is due 8 weeks before arrival along with a refundable damage deposit of £100. Only available for five weeks this year.
