Description Set in delightful surroundings this exceptonally well converted stone built mill has large grounds and a river nearby. The first floor has two double bedrooms, an extensive balcony overlooking the living area, a bathroom and a toilet. There are two double beds (one on the balcony) and twin beds in the other bedroom.

Area Near to the mill is a river with waterfall which offers excellent fishing (guests at the house may fish the river running through the property without a permit as fishing rights go with the property).The house is 3 Km from Lac de Guerlédan which has beaches, canoeing, kayaking, waterskiing and many other attractions. The area has many beautiful walking trails and there are horse riding centres and golf courses nearby. There are restaurants , bars and shops in the town of Mur de Bretagne (about 2Km). The large town of St Brieuc is about a 30 minute drive. The gite is easily accessible from the ferry ports of St. Malo and Roscoff (about 1 hour 30 minutes).

Additional Information. The price includes electricity, all bed linen but not towels. A deposit of 25% is required on booking with the remainder to be paid on arrival. Please note this deposit is non refundable and we strongly recommend that you take out travel insurance. Bookings made by telephone or e-mail will be held for seven days pending receipt of the booking deposit.
