Description Beautiful Breton cottage in quiet cul-de-sac, situated in the charming village of Surzur within 50 metres of the local shops,supermarket, bar and hotel restaurant. The cottage is only 10 minutes from the safe, sandy beaches of Penvins, 10 minutes from the resort town of Sarzeau and only 15 minutes from the medieval town of Vannes, with wonderful shops and restaurants.. The Cottage sleeps 8 – 10 persons and comprises 4 large bedrooms on the first floor, two with double beds and one with an en-suite toilet and hand basin. All rooms are heated for home comfort during spring and autumn short breaks. In-cottage entertainment now includes a Video player, PS1, CD-player plus a library of games, books and videos. On the ground floor there is a large family sitting room including bed settee. A shower room with double-headed shower, and a new fitted kitchen with washer dryer, dishwasher, halogen cooker and microwave. Outside, there is a safe, sunny garden courtyard with patio area and BBQ.

Area Surzur is in the heart of Southern Brittany, on the Golfe du Morbihan. Within 30 minutes of the cottage you can explore over 20 magnificent beaches, a Zoo, 2 golf courses (part of the Formula Golf Chain) and explore many beautiful Brittany villages such as Rochfort en Terre where you can step back in time to relax and enjoy the gardens, flowers, antiques shops and wonderful French cuisine

Additional Information. Prices include water and electricity. Duvets and pillows are provided but you will need to bring your own covers and sheets. You will also need to bring your own towels.
