Description A waterside cottage in the old fishing village of Belz . The accommodation is arranged on 2 floors, upstairs are 2 bedrooms, one double & one twin (bunk beds) & a good sized shower room with W.C. & wash basin. Downstairs there is a small sitting room, overlooking the garden & the estaury of the River Etel. The dining room & kitchen are open plan with the stairs rising from the dining room. The kitchen is small with washing machine, fridge, 2 ring hob & small oven. The whole house has just been renovated & is very light & fresh with large windows overlooking absolutely spectacular views. The estuary of Etel laps at the garden wall at the end of the good sized garden & there is a path from the garden leading to a small beach & slip way. Garden furniture & BBQ are provided. There is parking to the front of the cottage.

Area Belz is a small town very close to the southern coast of Morbihan. Within the town there are a a number of restaurants & shops. For sightseeing or hypermarket shopping the towns of Auray, Lorient & Vannes are quite close. There are endless sandy beaches within a 10 minute drive, some safer for small children than others; the seaside town of Carnac is quite close by.

Additional Information. Prices include all electricity (up to 80KwH) & water, linen but not towels. Telephone bookings are held for 10 days, after which a completed booking form & a non refundable deposit of 25% are required. The balance is due 8 weeks before arrival. A damage deposit of £150 is required on arrival. No pets allowed. Prices include local holiday tax.
