Surrounded by the countryside, the cottage has a private courtyard, lawn and field, garden lounge, BBQ and children playthings.   GROUND FLOOR SPACIOUS KITCHEN fully equiped with an old fashion looking cooker including electrical oven, a washing machine, a drier, a dishwasher, a microwave oven, a baby chair, a large wood farm table and benches, to enjoy and share your meals. COSEY LOUNGE with a fireplace and insert, television and satellite, hi fi system, couch and armchairs and an authentic Breton sideboard. FIRST FLOOR TWO DECORATED BEDROOMS, furnished with wardrobes, one with a queen bed, the second bedroom with two single beds, a baby bed. Area Saint Ygeaux, little award flower village, is located at 12 km from the Guerledan lake. The largest lake of Brittany spreads (400 ha) ( ornithological interest), is nearby the Quenecan forest (3000 ha), the Brest to Nantes canal, the Liscuis heaths (covered alleys), the Bon Repos abbaye (XIIth ) where you can enjoy quiet activities as sandy beaches, walks, fishing&ldots; as well as dynamic activities like hiking, climbing, canoeing, mountain biking, horseback riding&ldots; You are at less than an hour from the north and south coast of Brittany.
