The utility room with washing machine leads off this room. The good sized garden is planted with shrubs & trees & there is a B.B.Q. & furniture.

Area The house is situated in the small town of Colpo, which has a baker , small supermarket & bar/restaurant. The market towns of Locmine & Vannes are within easy reach. The beautiful beaches of southern Brittany are 20 minutes away.

Additional Information. Prices include electricity, gas & water. Bed linen is included but no towels etc. Telephone bookings are held for 10 days after which a completed booking form & non refundable deposit of 25% are required. The balance is due 8 weeks before the arrival date along with a refundable damage deposit of 161 €.
