Stable Cottage The stable cottage provides a large family living room with fireplace & woodburner, separate fitted kitchen, stairs to 2 double bedrooms 1 with extra single bed; 1 twin room, 1 bunk room & 2 bathrooms with shower, WHB & WC. On the ground floor a glazed door leads to a south facing private patio with furniture Sleeps 7 adults & 2 children + 4 adults on sofa beds. Pumphouse & Well Cottage These 2 properties were formally the farmhouse. Accommodation in both, comprises; on the ground floor an open plan kitchen & living area, glazed door leading to south facing patio with furnitutre. Stairs to 1st floor with 1 double & 1 bunkroom, bathroom with shower WHB & WC & separate WC with WHB. Stairs to second floor with 1 double & 1 twin room. Sleeps 6 adults & 2 children + 2 adults on sofa bed. Rose Cottage Rose cottage formally a stone barn has been tastefully converted to provide a spacious kitchen/living area with large arched doors leading to an east facing patio with furniture. On the ground floor there are also 1 double & 1 twin bedroom & bathroom with shower WHB & WC. Stairs leading to 1st floor mezzanine with 3 single beds. Sleeps 7
