Area Lake Guerledan is a the bottom of the garden for swimming or picnics. Watersports & boat trips are available at Beau Rivage just 1km away, as are restaurants, creperie and bars. The port of St Malo is around 90km away, & Roscoff is 65km away. The gite is located in central Brittany, giving easy access to both the North & South coasts. Fishing trips can be arranged.

Additional Information. A deposit of 76.22 € is required on booking, the balance to be paid 8 weeks before arrival. Electricity is charged at 30.49 €/week. A 76.22 € refundable deposit against breakages is required on arrival
